I forgot my password

On the Addly log-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll email you a code to set a new password.

I forgot my username

On the log-in screen, tap Forgot username? and we'll email it to you. You log in with your email address, so your password doesn't change.

I'm not getting notifications

Open your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Addly and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Also check that you haven't silenced that person or group in Addly: a silenced chat shows a small crossed-out bell.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@addlyapp.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll delete your account and your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

I'm testing through TestFlight and found a bug

Take a screenshot in Addly and TestFlight will offer to send it to us with a note, or email us with what happened.
